Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of packaging materials, and the ability to work in night shifts to cater to international clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT Hardware sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware solutions.

Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and earn commissions.

Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Requirements:
