We are looking for a motivated IT Intern with an ICS background to support our IT department. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in IT support, software and hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and update Windows operating systems and essential software.
- Troubleshoot Windows-related issues, performance errors, and application problems.
- Assist in laptop hardware diagnosis and basic repairs (RAM, HDD/SSD, etc.).
- Support users with technical issues involving software, systems, and peripherals.
- Help maintain and troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN, IP, DHCP, etc.).
- Maintain records of IT assets and provide documentation for technical tasks.
- Collaborate with the IT team on day-to-day support and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Intermediate in Computer Science (ICS) or currently pursuing a related degree.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and common software installations.
- Familiarity with hardware components and hands-on repair experience.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work both independently and in a team.
