Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting gap analysis of the current HR processes to assess readiness for digitalization and to identify the areas for improvement.
2. Working closely with HR professionals, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and/or implement digital HR solutions
3. Provide training to HR staff and end-users on digitalization tools and processes
4. Leading and developing the capacity of users in business functions for smooth implementation of the HR solution and increase adoption rate
5. Maintaining employee helpline to address users’ issues relating to software usage.

4. Ensured accuracy of HR data, completeness, and up-to-date while employing data quality checks in the system.
