Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to our animation solutions and services.
2. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
3. Act as the initial point of contact, engaging with potential clients to create interest and establish rapport.
4. Identify client needs and tailor our animation solutions to address their specific requirements.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
6. Provide product knowledge and conduct virtual demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our animation services.
7. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals based on client needs.
8. Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales process.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
10. Document and update all client interactions and progress in the CRM system.

DELIVERABLES:

1. Provide detailed logs of outbound cold calls made, including outcomes, client responses, and follow-up actions required.
2. Document the number of new leads generated through cold calling efforts and track progress toward initial contact and qualification.
3. Maintain a well-organized pipeline of prospects, including detailed records of interactions, status updates, and next steps.
4. Document interactions with potential clients, including key points discussed, interest levels, and any immediate follow-up required.
5. Provide detailed reports on client needs and requirements gathered during initial interactions.
6. Report on individual and team progress towards sales targets, including achievements and areas needing improvement.
