I was wondering as merchandiser leader in carrefour where I perform different duties in different departments such as DPH, OPSS, grocery I also took part two carrefour opening in Pakistan. Plan and develop merchandisering strategies that balance customer 'experiences and company objectives, Analyze sales figures and, customer's reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges /stocks. Collaborate whit buyer's, suppliers, distributors and any sis to negotiate prices quantities and time scales. Monitor stock movements and consider mark down, promotion, price changes, clear outs etc. Build constructive customer relationship and team whit channel partner to pipeline and then close the deals.
