Additionally, I have experience as a Construction Manager and Quantity Surveyor at AHBAB Housing Society (Pvt) LTD, where I have successfully managed projects such as the AHBAB commercial tower and AHBAB villas in Islamabad. In my previous roles as a Site Engineer, Sub Engineer, and Site Supervisor, I have gained hands-on experience in construction site handling, planning, designing, and structural construction. I have also worked on projects involving elevators, assisting mechanical and electrical teams in their installation. In addition to my professional experience, I have completed freelance projects, including design and construction projects, submission drawings, and architectural drawings. These projects have allowed me to showcase my design sense, adaptability, collaboration, planning, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. I possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a self-motivated mindset. Attention to detail, decision-making, multitasking, and labor management are also areas where I excel. Furthermore, I have completed a course in AutoCAD (Civil & and architecture), enhancing my expertise in this field. Outside of work, I enjoy playing cricket, traveling, and bike riding, which helps me maintain a well-rounded perspective and a healthy work-life balance. I am fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi, enabling me to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
