I'm Preetam Kumar, BS(IT) graduate based in Karachi. I got into web development around my second year and honestly just kept building things that's how I learned most of what I know. I work with the full MERN stack. For my FYP I built TharCraftz, a multi-vendor eCommerce platform for artisans in Tharparkar, it has JWT auth, role-based access for admins, vendors and buyers, Cloudinary for image uploads, Redux Toolkit for state management. I also built StaySpot.pk, a real estate platform with search and filter functionality, and a couple of smaller tools like a URL shortener and a notes app. I also did a fellowship at DevWeekends where I worked in remote environment, sprint cycles, code reviews, building features under senior engineers supervision and guidance. That experience taught me a lot about how real development works versus just personal projects. My stack is React, Redux, Node, Express, MongoDB, and I'm comfortable with REST APIs and Git. Python, DSA and Object Oriented Programming. I'm applying because I want to go from building projects on my own to working on a real product with a team and an internship or traineeships is the right way to get there.
