I’m Muhammad Salman, a fresh graduate in BS Software Engineering from Sindh Madressatul Islam University. I have a strong interest in IT support and cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure, and I’m currently pursuing AZ-900 and MS-900 certifications to strengthen my knowledge in this area.
I’ve gained hands-on experience through my work as a self-employed IT support professional, where I provided technical support across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems. I’ve been able to resolve around 95% of issues on first contact, which helped me build strong troubleshooting and client communication skills. I also have practical exposure to networking fundamentals, Active Directory, and basic Azure resource management.
Additionally, I completed a cybersecurity internship where I developed security tools using Python, which enhanced my understanding of system security and problem-solving.
I’m a quick learner, highly adaptable, and eager to grow in a professional environment. Right now, my goal is to gain practical experience, especially in cloud and IT support roles, where I can contribute while continuously learning from experienced professionals.
