My name is Jai Kumar, and I’m a Computer Science graduate based in Karachi, Pakistan. I have hands-on experience working as a Manual QA Engineer at Lightspace Software House (remote), where I’ve been responsible for ensuring software quality through manual testing processes.
My main responsibilities include writing and executing detailed test cases, performing functional, regression, and UI testing, and reporting bugs using tools like Jira. I’ve worked closely with developers and product teams in Agile environments to help ensure reliable and user-friendly releases.
