Hi, this is Imran. I’m a Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in software development, AI-based systems, and digital projects.
I’ve been working with remote teams, mainly with UK-based companies, where I manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile and Scrum. I handle everything from sprint planning and team coordination to final deployment and client communication.
Before moving into project management, I worked as a full-stack developer, so I have a strong technical background in technologies like PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and Python. This really helps me bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
In my recent role, I’ve led projects like an AI-powered LMS, a course content generator using LLMs, and CRM automation systems that improved operational efficiency by around 60%. I also implemented CI/CD pipelines which improved deployment speed and reliability.
I’m very comfortable managing cross-functional teams, handling high-pressure projects, and making sure everything is delivered on time with quality.
