I have completed a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. During the course of time, I have had a variety of job experiences that have enabled me to learn skills such as banking, customer services and public relations. My most recent experience was with Muslim Commercial Bank MCB as a contact centre executive. Apart from that I have worked in USA based call centre and a TV news channel.
