I have worked at Sinses Enterprises, where I managed Windows systems, resolved hardware, software, and network issues, supported users both remotely and on-site, and handled Active Directory, system updates, and ticketing documentation. I also completed an internship as a DevOps Engineer / IT Support at Qavi Technologies, where I gained exposure to AWS cloud services, Linux environments, infrastructure as code, and network management including routers, switches, and firewalls. I have a strong technical foundation in Windows, Linux, networking (LAN, VPN, firewalls), and remote support tools like TeamViewer and AnyDesk.
