I am Akhtar Ali Khan and I am a Restaurant and Hotel service professional, working in the Hospitality and Catering industry over the last 20 years (including 16 years in Saudi Arabia & UAE).
During my role as RGM/OM in UAE & Pakistan, I have successfully led a team of 80+ employees, consistently achieving top guest satisfaction scores. I have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, increasing revenue, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
In my current role as Multi-Branch Operations Manager at (HALEEM GHAR RESTAURANT, Rawalpindi-Islamabad), I successfully oversee the operations of five locations, achieving significant improvements in customer service, product quality, reduced costs, increased efficiency, staff training and improving employee morale.
