I have done MBA (finance) from the University of Swabi, Pakistan where I
attained the second position. I also possess a Bachelors of Commerce degree from
the University of Peshawar, Pakistan and Chinese language diploma from Harbin
University, China.
The reason I am writing is to kindly request you to consider me for an opening
in your organization. As you can see from my attached CV, I am currently serving
as a Service Officer at Al-Fardan Exchange, UAE for almost a years. I have also
worked as a Customer Service Representative at Al-Ahalia Exchange Bureau, UAE
for two years. During this period, I have learned the ability to communicate more
effectively, making decisions, and thinking independently. Part of my job is to
handle cash, offer customer service by answering queries and doing follow-ups with
interested customers.
My work experiences also helped me develop interpersonal skills and I can
relate well, not only with my colleagues but also with customers from different
backgrounds. I can produce quality work within strict deadlines, and as I am a person
of integrity, you can count on me to work with minimal supervision. Besides this, I
also have experience of two years working with different organizations in Pakistan.
I have been permanently relocated to Pakistan by October 2021 to be
closer to my mother and family members since my father has been passed away
and I am the eldest of all siblings.
