My name is Abdul Basit, and I have a B.Sc. in Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology from Kohat University of Science & Technology. I bring over 15 years of diverse professional experience, mostly in customer-facing and leadership roles.
I recently worked as a Branch Manager at Wajahat Properties & Real Estate in Pakistan, where I led daily operations, managed staff, ensured regulatory compliance, and maintained high standards of customer service. Before that, I spent around 8 years in the UAE with Al Ansari Exchange as a Senior Foreign Currency Teller, handling complex financial transactions and occasionally managing the branch during critical periods. Earlier in my career, I served as a Customer Service Representative at Telenor Pakistan and as an Admin Assistant/Accountant at Rehman Medical Center.
Over the years, I’ve developed strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, and I’m fluent in several languages including English, Urdu, Pashto, and Punjabi. I'm now looking for a new opportunity, ideally in a remote customer service or administrative role, where I can apply my experience and continue growing professionally.
