I am a dedicated and detail-oriented Network and IT Support Engineer with strong skills in network configuration, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure management. I have hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, CCTV systems, and cloud technologies (especially AWS). I’m passionate about ensuring smooth network operations, minimizing downtime, and providing reliable technical support to users.
In my previous roles, I’ve worked on setting up and maintaining LAN/WAN networks, diagnosing connectivity issues, managing server environments, and implementing security measures to protect systems and data. I’m also confident in handling hardware/software installation, system updates, and end-user support.
