1- Brief Summary of Previous Experience:
I have an experience of teaching. In my 4 years of teaching, I have developed a passion for creating engaging and inclusive learning environments. My experience has equipped me with effective classroom management strategies, creative lesson planning and strong communication skills.
*2. Approach to Handling Challenging Customer Interactions:*
When handling challenging customer interactions, I follow these steps:
- Listen actively and empathetically to understand the customer's concern
- Acknowledge their issue and show understanding
- Provide clear, concise, and helpful responses to address their concern
- Offer solutions or alternatives when possible
- Remain patient and calm, even in the face of adversity
- Continuosly learn from the interaction to improve future responses
3-Achievements:
As a home tutor, the students's parents to whom i deal are akind of customers to my home tution(organisation). I have an excellent achievement of maintaining positive relationships with them throughout. My students get A grade every year. Their parents are loyal customers of me from more than 4 years. That's an achievement for me.
