I've been working as a Manager in a small ecommerce company for the past 7 years as of current. I use to handle customers calls,
orders, operations, some accounts, warehouse, procurement, after sales and practically everything from customer landing to successful delivery.
We were total group of 5 individuals to whom i use to give training of verbal communication, product presentations, upselling, and somewhat English language skills as well in order to make operations smooth.
