I started my career in project management, where I handled over 60 projects—making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Over time, I naturally transitioned into account management, and that’s where I really found my stride.
Right now, I’m working as a Senior Account Manager, where I’ve consistently hit $10K+ in upsells, including a personal best of $20K in a single month. I really enjoy helping clients see value beyond what they initially came for, and I’m always looking for ways to improve processes and communication.
I come from a Computer Science background, and I’ve added certifications in Power BI and data analytics to my toolkit. That blend of technical and interpersonal skills helps me not just deliver, but also grow accounts in a meaningful way.
