Coordinate Performance manager on the corporate performance management and key performance measures.
Support the development and maintenance of the corporate performance management system Performance Plus for reporting and data analysis purposes.
Be responsible for the accurate collection, analysis and reporting of performance data in conjunction with managers.
Present service performance information (monitoring and identifying trends) against key indicators through a variety of means e.g. monthly performance management reports, performance clinics.
Ensuring that managers and team leaders are fully appraised of key performance trends and issues and that areas of under-performance can be effectively challenged.
Support the annual review of performance indicators and target setting and agree collection methodologies with services.
Ensure that all performance information meets all the key requirements of the Data Quality Strategy. Undertake audit checks of performance data and where necessary, co-ordinate external validation checks.
